Let me see if I can help you out with your questions in the order you ask them!

I came across Rob by virtue of his contributions to forums such as Forex Factory.  Over a couple of months I engaged in some email correspondence - which Rob was more than happy to do without constantly trying to sell me his services.  I found his style suited my own thinking - which is one of believing in the mental approach and the discipline of trading - rather than trying to sell a one-size-fits-all system that promises to make you a millionaire in 60 minutes.  8-)

During my time with Rob, he has always been approachable, helpful, totally honest,  and very willing to answer specific questions with specific answers.  You will learn some mechanical systems - but believe me, the real benefit comes from his approach and support in encouraging you to take them, develop them, and test them to make them your own.  He will give you confidence.

As for would I do it again.  Certainly.  Is it value for money.  Certainly.  

Is it successful / profitable?  Well, I dont use Rob's system "out of the box" - but that's the whole point of Rob's approach.  His goal is to make you a successful trader  - not to teach you a successful system.  But I guess what you want to hear is whether since my training with Rob I have been more profitable.  To that, I would say a definite yes.  In terms of the money I am making now, I could trade for a living without a problem.  

My goal ( and the promise to my wife!)  is to stay in full time work with a guaranteed income until I have a little more evidence that I can handle the long term pressures of trading when you're doing well (make no mistake - trading when doing well is just as hard to do as trading when you're doing bad!).   I have no doubt that I will be in touch with Rob for the long term - and he will help me achieve my goals if I stay disciplined.

So to sum up - if you're looking to be given a mechanical holy Grail that will make you a millionaire with no effort or discipline then you will be disappointed.  Rob will not do this, and by the way, these systems don't exist - so don't go spend your money elsewhere just because somebody who isn't as honest as Rob tells you such systems exist.  If that's what you want, I suggest you burn half of your money, and give the other half to charity.  You still wont get your system - but you'll feel better about yourself.

However, if you want to give yourself a huge headstart then you could do a whole lot worse than giving Rob a try.
